Alan Jenkins is Executive Director of The Opportunity Agenda, communication lab that collaborates with social justice leaders to move hearts and minds, driving lasting policy and culture change through communication expertise, creative engagement, and research. Previously, he was Director of Human Rights at the Ford Foundation and Assistant to the Solicitor General at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he represented the United States government in constitutional and other litigation before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Jenkins is a frequent speaker on equal opportunity and civil rights, racial and ethnic bias, criminal justice reform, fair housing, the Supreme Court and related legal matters, public opinion, and media trends.
