Our Community Engagement Initiative organized a summit in Kansas on neighborhood health and safety, which KSNW covered.
Organizers are working through a grant managed by the Center for Global Policy Solutions to increase the health and safety of the community.
“That grant is a wonderful asset to the community there just south of WSU and it helps them focus on bettering health and safety initiatives and elements in their community so that they can more effectively live in and enjoy the area they live in,” said Bridgette West-Williams, the director of operations for Baseline Creative, Inc., which is hosting the summit.
